Will I loose a selection of my image if I choose Gallery wrap as the edge option?

No. The process involves mirroring the last 2 inches of the photo and clone out anything that looks strange.

Does my canvas print come ready to hang?

All our canvas prints are framed and ready to hang and also come with a free hanging kit.

What kind of bars do you use and how far away from the wall do they sit?

We only use 100% solid pine stretcher bars that 38 mm or 18 mm deep supplied with corner wedges.

What kind of canvas material do you use?

We use a premium 380gsm artistic polycotton canvas. We selected this for its superior print quality over cotton canvas.

The canvas print size I want isn't listed. Can you supply me with a bespoke size?

Yes, we the ordering system allows you to enter your own sizes.

What is the smallest canvas size that you can print?

We can print a 6x6" canvas.

Will the image on my canvas print be identical to the image on your website?

The actual image displayed on the canvas print may vary slightly depending upon the size ordered.

Can I order a canvas print and have it to be sent to another address?

Yes you can. This can all be managed from the checkout page and can be altered after the order with the login details you will receive.

Which debit and credit cards do you accept to pay for my canvas print?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and also accept payments via PayPal. We do not store any details on our site.

Is there a telephone number I can call if I have a query or I want to discuss anything about having my photo on canvas

Do you supply canvas prints to the trade or commercial customers?

Yes. We are happy to supply to interior designers, architects, retail outlets, offices and other commercial customers with canvas prints and photos on canvas. Please contact us on 01254 790102

Can you offer White Label Shipping for 3rd Party customers?

Yes we can. All you have to do is tick the White label shipping box at checkout. When checked, your parcel will be sent anonymously.

Which courier do you use?

We only use Interlink Express. We do not use Royal Mail.

How does the 1 hour delivery slot work?

The key to this working properly is supplying a mobile number. On the morning your parcel is due for delivery you will be sent a text with your 1 hour delivery slot.

What happens if I am not home?

You will be carded and asked to ring your local depot to rearrange delivery. If you supply a mobile, you can manage this all from your phone.

How long will it take for my canvas print to arrive at my address?

We aim to DELIVER all canvas prints within 24 Hours of you placing your order if placed before 12 Noon Mon-Thurs
